Beginning February 18th Pastor George and Brenda will lead a 6 week study using the Daniel Plan curriculum. This is different than the Daniel Fast. The Daniel Plan is not a fast, nor a vegan diet (you can eat meat!) but a plan for living a spiritually infused healthy lifestyle.

Developed by Rick Warren, it uses video to bring in medical, nutritional, and fitness experts. It centers on five essentials that will launch your journey to health: Faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends.

The Daniel Plan works for one simple reason: God designed your body to be healthy and God provides us with everything we need to thrive and live an abundant life.
This small group study teaches simple ways to incorporate healthy choices into your daily lifestyle. The study incorporates Scripture, prayer, and group support.
