On Sunday, December 6th our children’s ministry is putting together blessing bags to deliver to a nursing home, but we need your help! There is a box in the Fellowship Hall where you can donate items like paper towels, hand cream, soap, travel sized toiletries, face and hand towels, and other goodies. Our children’s ministry thanks you for your support!
The disciples of the Congregational Care group need your help as we create a new and vital ministry for our members and their families. When a member passes away, the staff must make urgent phone calls to find people willing and able to step in at the last minute to provide sandwiches, cookies, punch, etc. for funeral receptions. Our goal is to have 10 groups, with 10 people in each to rotate as needed. We are asking that you prayerfully consider joining this important ministry by signing up at the tables in the narthex or online at fredumc.org. Please contact Alice Hahn (chairperson) at 998-7440, or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information, or sign up here. NOW...
Looking for an easy way to serve? We need greeters to welcome people as they come in for worship on Sunday mornings and ESPECIALLY to man to the Welcome Desk and answer questions for guests (or members!). We will provide all the necessary training, all you need is a smile! Sign up in the church office.
